While some people can be both of them things at once, you do get sociopaths that don’t go around physically hurting people but hurt people emotionally and even ruin their lives without any physical contact involved and feel no guilt, shame or remorse for anything bad they do. Better to just be honest than hold some fake reputation that is eventually gonna just make you lose friends that can see you for who you really are.
